Bedroom 2: Spacious twin with beds that can be ziplocked together to make a double and travel cot available on request. Ample storage space, underfloor heating, smart TV, hairdryer, luxury mattresses, duvets and White Company bed linen.

Large family bathroom with spacious bath and separate walk-in shower. High end Duravit fittings, waterproof flat screen TV, heated towel rail, underfloor heating, luxury towels and bath products.

Guest facilities include a washer/dryer, clothes dryer, iron, ironing board and outside furniture. There is a spacious courtyard which has been beautifully landscaped and planted to provide a gorgeous outdoor space for luxury al-fresco living and dining with outdoor patio heater for chilly evenings. There is an outside shower to wash down sandy toes and a selection of body boards for use free of charge should you wish to ride the waves.

A free secure out of town car parking space (approx 25 min walk to cottage).  A welcome pack including milk, fresh bread, butter, jam, eggs and biscuits (or similar).  A starter pack with tea, coffee, Nespresso coffee pods, sugar, salt & pepper, dishwasher tablets, washing tablets, washing up liquid, dish cloth, toilet roll and bin liners.  Bramley toiletries including shampoo, body wash, hand wash, hand cream and hand sanitiser.  Fresh towels and linen.
